BOOKING POLICY

​

For new clients, a valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment (APPLE pay can not be used in this instance).  Your card will not be charged nor a deposit taken, but may be charged in accordance with our Cancellation Policy below.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Clients may cancel an appointment up to 6 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within  6
 hours and are rescheuled are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the clients credit card on file. If there is no card on file or card is declined we will not rebook you until your information is updated properly.

A no call - no show will be charged the full amount of the service. No exceptions.

PUNCTUALITY POLICY

​

Stuff happens, we get it.
If the client is 10+ minutes late, the barber retains the right to reschedule the service. Rescheduled appointments may be charged the 50% amount of the service.
 

*Please allow time for yourself for traffic and parking, especially at peak times.

REFUND POLICY

​

Although we do not offer refunds on services provided, we will correct anything you don't love within 7 days of service.  

We do not offer refunds on retail, you may exchange with original receipt for a different item of equal or lesser value.
