A Virginia local, Jimin has spent the past three years honing his skills in men’s grooming after starting his career in cosmetology. Originally an estimator in the siding industry, he began cutting his own hair and quickly discovered a true passion for the craft. Through his apprenticeship at The Standard Barbershop, Jimin has developed strong technical precision, especially with medium to long hair. His calm energy, attention to detail, and genuine care for each client make every visit a refined and enjoyable experience.

Gary has recently moved to NOVA after residing in California for the past 15 years. After spending time in the US Navy he found a new home in the barber industry. From 2015 to present he has developed his abilities into a finely tuned craft. With a continuing desire to learn more, he holds true to the traditional side of barbering with a mix of west coast style that is sure to boost anyones confidence and keep you coming back time after time. 

John has been in this career for a while already. He's been a shampoo guy, a front desk guy, an assistant, a manager, and even a maintenance guy but we are thrilled to train this guy for the best job in the shop. Throughout his training John has shown strong natural talent for the craft and, more importantly, the ability to connect with his clients. It's safe to say that we see a bright future for this up and coming pro.

Mackenzie has been in the VA barber scene for a minute. She began her training in D.C. but has been working in NOVA for the last few years. After establishing a clientele at a reputable shop she was ready for more growth in her career. And has since become a great addition to our team.

Sasha started his career in 2016 in Ukraine and has extensive experience in high-end barbershops as well as training with all different hair types and textures. looking for something a little different? Sasha has you covered!

Virginia native, Eddie began his career in 2013 learning the aspects of hairdressing; transitioning into the world of men's barbering in 2017. Combining the two is what has given Eddie his unique skillset and refined eye for detail. He believes cultivating relationships with his clients has always been paramount to his craft. Eddie tailors every cut to each clients' personality and style sending them off with a smile every time.
